2012 Hyundai i30 & Accent SR Concept
Hyundai has shown the latest hatchback concept named 2012 Hyundai i30 SR Concept at Australia International Motor Show (AIMS) 2012 along with the new Accent SR concept.
2012 Hyundai i30 SR Concept will be powered by same 2.0-liter from i40 model which can produce 174 horsepower (130 kW) and a peak torque of 157 lb-ft (213 Nm). While for Accent SR Concept come with a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine with 138 horsepower (103 kW) and 123 lb-ft (167 Nm) of torque mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, as opposed to the 5-speed transmission of the standard variant.
The new i30 SR concept comes with a bespoke black sports grille, 17-inch alloys, LED DRLs, a rear diffuser and partial leather/leatherette upholstery that has red inserts.
The Accent SR Concept is based on the midrange Accent Elite and rides on 16-inch alloys, while standard equipment includes a rear spoiler, projector headlamps with LED positioning lamps, a dark metallic paint finish, rear parking sensors, climate control and a 5-inch touchscreen display with support for AUX, USB and Bluetooth.
The new 2012 Hyundai i30 and Accent SR Concept will hit the production unit next year. Both of i30 and Accent model will immediately sold after the production process completed. But the manufacturer not said anything about pricing detail.
