2014 Mazda6 Atenza First Official Pictures

Mazda has released first official pictures for 2014 Mazda6 in sedan model. This model carry the tagline “Atenza” which means attention, intended to be a vehicle that considered by many people around the world.

2014 Mazda6 Atenza is planned to become the best-in-class fuel economy. Therefore, this model will be powered with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder Skyactiv-G gasoline engine. And supported with a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission to achieve this goal. To further improve gas mileage the Mazda6 Atenza will inaugurate i-ELOOP. This is Japanese car manufacture’s first brake energy regeneration system (will improve economy by up to 10 percent), and it will be available with the Mazda’s i-stop automatic start-stop system.

Mazda6 Atenza body presented in more aggressive front fascia and upswept profile line that, like the CX-5, gives the car the impression of being “up on its haunches,” as one Mazda representative described it to us once.

2014 Mazda6 Atenza will make its first debut at the Moscow Motor Show 2012 in August. After that it will travel west and be the star of Mazda’s stand at the Paris Motor Show 2012 in late September.
